Dr. Lee is a survey methodologist at the Institute for Social Research and a sampling statistician for its Health and Retirement Study, a flagship study on the elderly population in the U.S. She is interested in exploring how survey methodology can best be used to accurately understand issues of population health and best serve health services policymakers. Her research interests also focus on underserved population subgroups in the U.S., such as Spanish-speaking Latinos and elderly LGBT persons.
