For our members, the Institute serves as a virtual and physical home for 700+ faculty across 15 U-M schools and colleges on the Ann Arbor campus and several units on the Flint and Dearborn campuses, and more than two dozen affiliated health services research-focused U-M centers and programs.
Our members are part of a large, vibrant community of interdisciplinary professionals from the three U-M campuses studying how health care works and how it can be improved to help inform policy and practice.

Data Access
IHPI members have guided access to our repository of more than 20 terabytes of data on 113 million Americans with various forms of insurance, and other data resources. Our Data & Methods Hub team can also assist with project planning and analytical methods.
Grant Development
IHPI offers health services research-focused writing support and other related services to help IHPI members develop successful grant proposals.
Education & Career Development
IHPI facilitates a wide array of Education & Training opportunities for faculty, including an RO1 Boot Camp and K Award Writing Workshop.
Early Career Faculty
