Dr. Griggs' research program addresses the quality of cancer care and effect on outcomes, optimal cancer care in obese patients, issues facing breast cancer survivors, racial/ethnic and socioeconomic disparities in quality of breast cancer systemic therapy, and patient-physician communication and decision-making. Dr. Griggs is the director of the Michigan Oncology Quality Consortium (MOQC), and a faculty associate in U-M's Global Reach program.
