Dr. Mukherjee is a biostatistician whose collaborative interests focus on genetic and environmental epidemiology, ranging from investigating the genetic architecture of colorectal cancer in relation to environmental exposures to studies of air pollution on pediatric asthma events in Detroit. She is also actively engaged in global health research, and in applying biostatistical methods to reduce health disparities and help underserved communities. Dr. Mukherjee is the associate director for quantitative data sciences at the U-M Rogel Cancer Center.
