Healthy Michigan Voices is a phone survey to learn about people’s experiences with the Healthy Michigan Plan. Some Healthy Michigan Plan enrollees across the state will be selected and invited to participate; selected individuals can then choose whether they wish to take part in the survey.
The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete by phone. Participants receive a $25 gift card for their time.

Healthy Michigan Voices surveys are conducted by the University of Michigan on behalf of the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), as part of the State’s evaluation of the Healthy Michigan Plan.
The University of Michigan will give MDHHS a summary of answers from all people who take the survey. Your name will not be shared with MDHHS, your doctors, your health plan, or anyone outside the Healthy Michigan Voices team.
Healthy Michigan Voice surveys have been conducted annually since 2016.
