Marissa Ghant, M.D., Family Medicine
Research Interests: Utilizing community-based participatory research to investigate and address barriers to reproductive health care access for marginalized communities.
Jane Harness, D.O., Psychiatry
Research Interests: Co-designing media-based youth suicide prevention interventions with valued community partners including youth.
Ahmad Hider, M.D., Surgery
Research Interests: Leveraging national datasets to evaluate how health policy and payment reform shape surgical outcomes and equity, and informing federal strategies to enhance quality, value, and accountability in health care delivery.
Katherine Kruger, Ph.D., Nursing
Research Interests: Examining how the global nursing workforce strengthens health system resilience, particularly in the face of climate change, by influencing policy, building capacity, and fostering leadership.

Research Interests: Advancing equity and outcomes in cancer care delivery through health-services research, data science, and artificial intelligence.
