Dr. Wiebe’s research focuses on injury prevention, including injury from firearms and concussions. He is specifically interested in exploring the impact of environmental risk factors, policies, and daily routines on health-related behaviors and injury risk and in the challenges associated with measuring activity patterns and exposures. Dr. Wiebe serves on the Executive Committee of the Concussion Center, leads the Data and Methods Core of the Institute for Firearm Injury Prevention, and is the co-director of the Injury Prevention Center.
