Dr. Grazier’s major areas of research include healthcare finance, with special emphasis on insurance and other payment mechanisms, risk adjustment, and innovative financing and delivery models to improve access and quality of care to vulnerable populations. Her most recent work focuses on premium pricing under Medicaid expansion, financing and payment methods for behavioral health, integration of behavioral health and medical, social, housing and family services, behavioral health parity, depression and primary care, psychiatry and public health, and the economics of suicide screening in adolescent populations. In 2017-18, she was a Fulbright Scholar conducting research on behavioral health integration in Eastern Europe.
