Dr. Yalamanchi studies value-based care delivery in otolaryngology and head and neck oncology - essentially how we can make our care higher quality at a lower cost. She uses her formal training in cost-based analyses to focus her research on (1) time-driven activity-based costing methodology in complex surgical care and (2) cost and quality measurement and large-scale quality improvement interventions in otolaryngology. She is also interested in financial toxicity and individualized decision support in head and neck cancer treatment.
