Dr. Gorga’s research focuses on improving outcomes after pediatric critical illness, specifically those children with acute kidney injury. He is working to understand the factors that influence the recognition and diagnosis of pediatric acute kidney injury and the impact that early phases of critical care have on the outcomes of critically ill children.
