Center for Healthcare Engineering and Patient Safety (CHEPS)

Established within the College of Engineering and incorporating health services researchers from engineering, medicine, nursing, public health and other U-M schools and colleges, the mission of Center for Healthcare Engineering and Patient Safety (CHEPS) is to improve the safety and quality of healthcare delivery through a multi-disciplinary, systems engineering-based approach.
