Dr. Ghani’s health services research primarily focuses on cost, quality, and access issues within urologic care, more specifically the assessment of practice patterns, trends, and outcomes for patients with kidney stone disease, prostate cancer, and kidney cancer. He also focuses on surgical quality improvement, and is the director of the Michigan Urological Surgery Improvement Collaborative (MUSIC).
