Dr. Bailoor's research interest is in medical decision making in end stage kidney disease, particularly around decisions for dialysis or conservative care in both the inpatient and outpatient setting. His work is focused on identifying and addressing barriers to increased utilization of conservative care, palliative care, and hospice in end stage kidney disease.
