Dr. Halabicky is a children's environmental health nurse scientist whose research focuses on how early life environmental and social determinants shape health and development. She collaborates with community partners to design practices and policies that support families exposed to environmental toxicants, in particular lead. Committed to prevention and healthy development, Dr. Halabicky works to advance policies that reduce harmful childhood exposures and mitigate their long-term health impacts.
