Dr. Quinn is a health equity scholar whose research focuses on improving health and mental health outcomes for youth involved with the legal system. Her work integrates community based participatory research, mixed methods, and stakeholder engagement to advance inclusive intervention development and systems change. She collaborates across disciplines to design scalable interventions that promote healing, wellness, and community reintegration.
