The overarching goal of Dr. Wallace's research is to improve patients' health by reducing the harms associated with avoidable medication use. Her primary focus is on optimizing steroid use in patients with autoimmune diseases, with current research centered on developing tailored steroid tapering regimens for patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
