Dr. Goldstein's work focuses on the environmental impacts of diets, food products, and consumer goods. He is interested in understanding how consumer choices influence environmental sustainability, health, and well-being. Dr. Goldstein is also exploring consumer choices influence environmental heath in producing regions (e.g., PM2.5 emissions near livestock production facilities).
