Opioids in Michigan: Michigan Radio's Stateside interviews Chad Brummett
The Michigan Opioid Prescribing and Engagement Network, which has its roots at IHPI and is headed by three IHPI members, is working to reduce the amount of opioid pain medication prescribed for acute pain by surgeons, dentists and others across Michigan.
The effort was the focus of an 11-minute public radio talk show segment on November 10, as Dr. Chad Brummett spoke on the Stateside program produced by Michigan Radio.
