IHPI members take on new leadership roles at Michigan Medicine.
Hari Nathan, M.D., Ph.D., assistant professor of surgery, and Michael Thompson, Ph.D., assistant professor of cardiac surgery, are the new director and co-director, respectively, of the Michigan Value Collaborative. They take over the roles from outgoing leaders Scott Regenbogen, M.D., M.P.H., associate professor of surgery, and Jim Dupree, M.D., M.P.H., associate professor of urology.
Regenbogen was recently appointed as the new Associate Chief Clinical Officer (ACCO) for surgical specialties. This is the first of the U-Michigan Medical Group ACCO positions to be filled.
Dupree was also recently named the new Ambulatory Care Clinical Chief for the Department of Urology. Working with Regenbogen, he will provide content expertise and leadership of specific clinical service lines.
