IHPI mentoring coffee hours provide early and mid-career IHPI members with an informal introduction to different mentorship and leadership styles of senior faculty.
Each coffee hour is hosted by an IHPI senior faculty member who shares their professional experiences, mentorship style, and advice on how to navigate different mentoring / leadership questions.
Each session will accommodate up to 10 participants and is designed to engage faculty who may not have a professional connection or relationship with the mentoring coffee hour host. If you have an existing mentorship relationship with a coffee hour host, please do not register for their event.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all coffee hour sessions through August will take place virtually via Zoom. Future mentor coffee hour sessions will take place in-person once the need for social distancing is reduced.
