Sight Outcomes Research Collaborative (SOURCE)

Based at the University of Michigan, SOURCE is a consortium of academic ophthalmology departments sharing de-identified electronic health records and ocular diagnostic test data on eye care recipients. 

SOURCE uses data aggregated, cleaned, and harmonized in a repository that faculty and trainees from participating sites can tap into and use for research and quality improvement projects.
