The Perinatal Mental Health Services and Policy Program conducts research to improve the health and functional outcomes during pregnancy and postpartum for people with mental health and substance use conditions. The team leads several interrelated studies that examines the impacts of federal and state behavioral health policy changes on clinical and economic outcomes during pregnancy and postpartum for parents and infants.
Stephanie Hall, PhD, MPH, is a health services researcher focused on improving care and outcomes for individuals with perinatal mental health conditions through the use of large healthcare datasets and implementation science.
