Dr. Meeks’ research interests include reducing healthcare disparities for persons with disabilities and increasing the physician workforce through the inclusion of individuals with disabilities. Her current work focuses on improving measures of disability in national and research surveillance tools, access to medical education for learners with disabilities, medical student and resident well-being, and the integration of disability into medical education curricula.
