
As a health services researcher, Dr. Burke is interested in understanding how physicians use the complex information acquired from modern diagnostic tests to improve clinical outcomes. Additionally, he is interested in developing more efficient mechanisms of determining which patients need diagnostic tests and subsequently improving the overall decision-making process.
