Dr. Kelley is interested in the distribution, delivery, and cost of healthcare resources and how improve policies and incentives that align providers and patients toward accessible, valuable care. He has special interest in these issues for vulnerable populations, including immigrants, refugees, the poor, the uninsured, the disabled, and the complex chronically ill.
