IHPI mentor coffee hours provide early and mid-career IHPI members with an informal introduction to different mentorship and leadership styles of senior faculty.
Each coffee hour is hosted by an IHPI senior faculty member who shares their professional experiences, mentorship style, and advice on how to navigate different mentoring/leadership questions.
Each session will accommodate up to eight participants and is designed to engage faculty who may not have a professional connection or relationship with the mentoring coffee hour host. If you have an existing mentorship relationship with a coffee hour host, please do not register for their event.
