Ann-Marie Rosland, M.D., M.S.
Dr. Rosland leads research and initiatives aiming to improve healthcare for diabetes and other chronic conditions, support patient engagement and self-management, mobilize the power of patient social networks to improve health, and understand patient-centered home and healthcare reform. Dr. Rosland has developed multiple quantitative and qualitative instruments assessing patient, caregiver, and healthcare provider experiences with chronic illness caregiving. Other areas of interest include complex chronic disease care, health disparities, social support, and informal supporter participation in care, and Community Based Participatory Research. She serves as a member of IHPI’s Early Career Faculty Advisory Council (ECFAC).
